Born and raised on the Oregon Coast, I spent most of my upbringing outdoors exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Full of energy from the start, I started dancing at a young age. Later moving on to play indoor volleyball, basketball & run track in high school.

I moved to Orange County in 2015 looking for a change of pace. It was meant to be a temporary move until I met my handsome husband. Fast forward 10 years... I'm an Orange County 'local', and 8 years into my dream career of teaching women (and the occasional man) how to live their strongest, most balanced, active lives.

 

Happily married as of May 2022 to the love of my life. And a new mom to my baby boy as of October 2024. On any given day you can find me walking my goldendoodle, Duke, with baby boy in tow. Or smashing out a lift in the garage gym. I love fueling myself with whole organic foods, but I am a sucker for a crisp pizza, a homemade chocolate chip cookie, or a crisp IPA.
