“I started [Your Best Booty] wanting to build my booty but a little wary due to a previous nagging low back pain that occurred with excessive jogging, squatting, or deadlifting. I avoided all of those movements for nearly a year and a half. The program is progressed in such a way that helped me build up the weakened muscles that led to bouts of pain. Not once did I feel that “tweaked” feeling during the program, even after my MAX lifts on the final week. 
My lower body is much stronger & stable, and, to be a little vain, I’m loving the way my pants fit me now!

Purchasing this [self guided] plan is one of the best things I did for myself and my growth in my fitness. Prior to this plan, I was someone who “just did cardio” mostly because I find going into the weight room overwhelming. This plan made the weight room approachable and eventually a place I am comfortable to be. Now, I lift 3x a week and it is something I look forward to each week and get excited about my growth. If you need somewhere to start, this is the plan for you.
